Terms of Service

Effective 17 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-17

These terms are the agreement between you and SerbiDesk for using SerbiDesk and its apps. Please read them. When you tick the box to agree, or use the service, you accept them.

Who we are

SerbiDesk provides web apps for small businesses in the Philippines, including DispatchDesk and StyleDesk. The service is run by SerbiDesk. In these terms, we and us mean SerbiDesk, and you means the person who signs up and, when you act for a business, that business too.

Business address: To be confirmed before launch. Registration: To be confirmed before launch. Email: [email protected].

Other policies that are part of these terms

These documents are part of your agreement with us. You can read them all on our Legal page.

  • Privacy Policy: how we handle personal data.
  • Cookie Policy: the cookies we use.
  • Refund and Cancellation Policy: how cancelling and refunds work.
  • Acceptable Use Policy: what you may not do with the service.
  • Data Processing Agreement: how we handle the personal data of your customers and staff for you.

Accounts and one login

You sign in with one account for all SerbiDesk apps. Give us correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you sign up for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Businesses and web addresses

Each business you create gets its own web address, such as yourshop.serbidesk.com. The owner can change it later. When they do, the old name sends visitors to the new one for 30 days. After that, the old name is released and anyone can take it.

We may refuse or remove a web address or business name that is misleading, offensive, or that copies someone else's name or trademark.

Free trial

Each app starts with a free trial for your business, usually 14 days. You do not need to pay or give card details to try it. Each business gets one trial per app.

When the trial ends and you have not paid, the app becomes read-only.

Plans, prices and payment

Each app has its own plan and price, shown on our pricing page in Philippine pesos. You pay per app, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. Payments are processed by PayMongo, using the methods it offers at checkout.

Payments do not renew automatically. Before your paid time ends, pay again to keep the app writable.

Prices include any taxes we must charge, unless the pricing page says otherwise. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price changes. A change never affects time you have already paid for.

When paid time runs out

If your paid time or trial ends, the app becomes read-only after a short grace period. You can still view your records, but you cannot add or change them until you pay.

Public pages that your customers use, such as invoice links and booking pages, stay on while your app is read-only. If your business is suspended or the app is cancelled, those public pages are turned off.

Cancelling and refunds

The business owner can cancel an app at any time. If paid time remains, the app keeps working until it ends. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, do not break the law, send spam, harm others, or attack the service.

Your data

The information you enter about your business, customers and staff belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service for you. We do not sell it.

For the personal data of your customers and staff, you are the personal information controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect that data and for telling those people how you use it. Our Data Processing Agreement explains what we do for you.

You can ask us for an export of your data at any time.

Staff and roles

You can invite staff to your business and choose what each person can do. You are responsible for who you invite and for what they do in your business.

Invoices and documents you make

Some apps let you make invoices, receipts and other documents for your customers. You are responsible for their content and for meeting your own tax and BIR rules. A document made in SerbiDesk is not an official BIR invoice or receipt unless your business has its own BIR approval to use it as one.

Suspension and ending the service

We may suspend or close an account or business that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or does not pay. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.

You can stop using SerbiDesk at any time. If we stop offering an app, we will tell you at least 30 days before, give you time to export your data, and refund any paid time you cannot use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SerbiDesk running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important, we will tell you ahead of time where we can.

No other promises

Apart from what these terms say, the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, for example that it fits a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SerbiDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

This limit does not apply to losses caused by our fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Claims about your use

If someone makes a claim against us because of the content you put into SerbiDesk, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, or failures of the providers we rely on.

How we contact each other

We send notices to the email address on your account. You can reach us at the email addresses on our Legal page.

Governing law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem. If we cannot, disputes go to the proper courts of To be confirmed before launch.

General

If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right at once, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your account to someone else without our agreement. These terms and the policies listed above are the whole agreement between us about the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the version date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will email you at least 15 days before they apply and ask you to accept them the next time you sign in.
